This is a testimonial from my sellers who listed and closed on the house they sold in Overland Park in 28 days. We even had a relocation company involved which slowed down the actual process. I had the house under contract before the relocation company had the listing documents to me. Plus, we had 3 other transactions that needed to close before ours closed.
